Return policy
Please read this entire document before placing your order.

Ordering
To place an order, simply click the appropriate button to add items to your SHOPPING CART. To determine which items are in your cart, click the  VIEW SHOPPING CART button. If you change your mind about some of the items, simply remove them using the delete key on the order form.  When you've finished, click CHECK OUT to finalize your purchase.  You will be asked for shipping and credit card billing information.  You will see an order summary page, continue by clicking "SUBMIT THE ORDER" and we will verify your credit card. Your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged or processed if you do not click "Submit Transaction"

ShimmySista™ accepts all credit cards via PayPal: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover

International Shipping

All prices are in U.S. dollars.   In addition to the US, we now ship internationally!  You have two ways to purchase:

1.  Contact us via email with your order and we will calculate shipping and send you an invoice via Paypal for the total (including shipping).  Shipment times may vary but we will let you know.  All international packages are sent via USPS International.

2. Process your order as usual.  You will notice that no shipping charges will be added.  Once we receive your order and mailing address,  we will calculate the shipping and send you an invoice via Paypal.  Your order will be shipped once payment is received!

If you get an error while processing your card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.

Once the transaction is successful you will get a confirmation page with your order number, please write down or print the confirmation page. This information will be e-mailed to the email address you provided.


Shipping and Handling
Depending on the quantity of items, orders are shipped UPS or USPS priority. Shipping charges are based on your total order.  See the chart below  Once the order is processed, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information.

Orders are shipped within 7 to 14 business days, following credit card authorization.
All standard deliveries are handled by United States Postal Service Priority Mail and/or United Parcel Service (UPS).
United States Postal Service offers standard delivery Monday through Saturday. If we have a question about your order, we will contact you by phone or email. Likewise, if you have any questions, please call us at 1-410-988-3028 between the ours of 10 am - 6 p.m. eastern standard time. You may also e-mail us at any time.


Out of Stock Items/Backorders
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will call you and inform you within 48 hrs.  At that time our options will be to:

1.  Ask us to hold the order until the item is available (we will make every effort to let you know when we expect the item in)

2.  Ship the balance of your items and ship the out of stock item when it arrives (you will not be charged shipping). 

We automatically backorder any item not shipped unless you advise us otherwise.

Due to the secure nature of our credit card processing, we cannot credit your card.  Any cancelled back order items will be refunded by company check or via PAYPAL.


Returning or Exchanging Items
PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING!
 Refunds are issued BUT the customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred when returning an item.  If you have ordered the wrong size or the wrong color, we will gladly exchange it within 10 business days. However, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from our offices. Please make an informed choice about the shipping method selected before mailing any items. We suggest using a delivery/signature confirmation on all packages so they can be tracked.

If ShimmySista™ ships the wrong item/ color/ size, we will assume responsibility for all shipping costs.
We will not accept exchanges after 10 days from the shipping date.  Only tagged, unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned to our shipping office within 10 days.

IMPORTANT: You must send an e-mail to customer service indicating your desire to return an item   We will issue a dated return authorization code to be included with your items.  You will have 10 business days from the issue date to return your item(s).
